We are recruiting for the following position:
Accommodation Assistant
Role Description
The Accommodation Assistant is responsible for working to the standards and guidelines expected of a 4* property, that are laid out by the Accommodation Manager, in order to ensure the highest quality of care and cleanliness is provided to the guests at all times.
Role Responsibilities
Duties
Hoovering, dusting, polishing, cleaning, deep-cleaning, windows, glass, sills, skirting, doorframes, walls, washroom hygiene, bed linen changes, public areas etc. throughout the hotel
Using all cleaning products and materials correctly and with care following The Park Hotel’s established procedures
Ensuring housekeeping procedures are adhered to
Consistently reaching the highest standards of cleanliness expected
Work-based timekeeping
Qualifications
Good level of English speaking and understanding
Ability to create a welcoming and positive guest experience
Ability to work to a high standard of cleanliness
Person Specification
Good communication skills
Mature, energetic, friendly, person who can demonstrate attention to detail and has a good work ethic
Can work both as a team player and on own initiative
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Committed to delivering a high level of customer service
